Snow
“We cannot change what we are not aware of,
and once we are aware, we cannot help but change.”

-Sheryl Sandberg

Have you ever gone out exploring after a fresh snowfall, or been the first person to make new tracks in the sand on a deserted beach? There is something oddly satisfying, and sometimes difficult, about making fresh tracks…
going into places where no one has gone and forging your own way.

I’m here to help you do just that – create a new path into health as you discover your own Enneagram Type and use the Enneagram as an internal compass to explore what motivates you and those you’re close to
(your fears, longings, struggles, and strengths).

Unlike traditional therapy that tends to focus on releasing clients from the past and work through previous events or trauma, the focus of the Enneagram is the future as it shines a light on the WHY behind behaviours, not the behaviours themselves.
It explores who you are now and who you are capable of becoming.
So, let’s make some Fresh Tracks together.
